Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:

• Products must be returned within [7–10 days] of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

• Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or special-order products/Waist Snobs Products

• Clearance or sale items

 

3. Return Process:

• Approved returns will receive a return authorization and instructions.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

4. Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days] of receiving the returned item.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• No Refunds on Any Waist Snobs products

 

Federal Law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. Concerning hygiene, federal law and health regulations, we must adhere to these strict polices in order to ensure compliance.
